Armoured Regiment Type 43 (UK)

Die Type 43 Panzer-Regimenter der Britischen Rheinarmee bestanden Ende der achtziger und Anfang der neunziger Jahre aus einem Regimentsstab, einem Aufklärungszug, einem Panzerjägerzug, einem leichten Instandsetzungzug, 3 Panzerkompanien (armoured squadrons) sowie einer Stabskompanie. Die Bezeichnung Type 43 verweist darauf, dass das Regiment über 43 Kampfpanzer Challenger 1 verfügt.
