Armoured Regiment Type 57 (UK)

Die Type 57 Panzer-Regimenter der BAOR verfügten Anfang der neunziger Jahre neben den 4 Panzerkompanien (armoured squadrons) über einen Aufklärungszug, einen Panzerjägerzug, einen leichten Instandsetzungzug sowie eine Stabskompanie. Die Bezeichnung Type 57 verweist darauf, dass das Regiment über 57 Kampfpanzer Chieftain verfügt.
